- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with design consultants, MEP and liasoning for drawings and monitor/ issue GFC drawings.
- Site visit to monitor and track the construction in line with drawings.
- Slab checking - Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals at key project stages
- Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Review technical drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance
- Prepare Project Feasibility under various DCPR Regulations
- Present conceptual plans for redevelopment project meetings with Society
- Address in office issues, RFIs (Requests for Information), and deviations
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
