Role & responsibilities

1 Training Need Assessment in the designated area (State / District/ Block Level)
- Identify gaps based on feedback from Regional Heads / Project Coordinators/ Project Heads / Academic Mentor.
- Create solutions and plan of action in consultation with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C;

2 Planning & deployment of regional level training for teachers on The Teachers App (Implementation of Training Calendar)
- Pedagogical/ subject specific training
- Leadership training of Head of schools
- Other scholastic/co-scholastic training
- Induction / Orientation training of Academic Mentors.

3 School Visit and on the job support to Academic Mentors.

4 Impact analysis of training organized and drafting corrective measures.





5 Maintaining training data and documentation for future iterations.

6 Proactively identifying the need and extending academic support to the Team.

7 Refresher training for the Academic Mentors.

8 Coordinating with DIETs / SCERTs for content creation and capacity building workshops.

9 Support and contribute to T&C; on other academic assignments related to curriculum, training and assessment.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience of working on a government project.

2. Exposure to DIETs / SCERTs

3. Must know local language (Read, Write and Speak).
