Role & responsibilities

Position : Senior Fixed Income Dealer

Key Responsibilities
- Execute fixed income trades efficiently and effectively, ensuring best execution for the firm and its clients.
- Have relationship with the Bank Treasuries, Brokers, arrangers and other institutional investors for placement and sourcing of bonds from secondary market.

-Preparing Quotations & Cashflows on a daily basis
- Monitoring Corporate Bonds daily trades on NSE/BSE respectively.
- Monitor market trends and analyze fixed income securities to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop trading strategies and provide market insights.
- Manage risk effectively by adhering to established risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Contribute to the development of new fixed income products and services.
- Provide support to the sales team by offering market commentary and trade ideas.

Required Skillset and Experience





-Overall 5-15 years of experience in Fixed Income dealing (especially Corporate Bonds).

-Knowledge of competitors and market
- Demonstrated ability to execute fixed income trades and manage risk effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze fixed income securities and identify trading opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of fixed income markets, instruments, and trading strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Wholesale Debt Market / Institutional Broking preferred
