About the Role

Cloudethix is looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Intern to build and grow our brand presence on LinkedIn the leading B2B marketing channel today. This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, personal-brand building for our leadership, and outreach, ideal for someone who wants real-world experience with how LinkedIn actually works in 2026 — not vanity metrics, but authentic engagement that converts.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule a mix of LinkedIn content formats — text posts, carousels, and short-form video — aligned with current platform trends favoring authentic, story-driven content over corporate broadcasts
- Support leadership's personal LinkedIn presence (ghostwriting/drafting posts for founders/leadership), since personal profiles now consistently outperform company pages in reach and engagement
- Drive meaningful engagement — writing posts and comments that spark genuine discussion, since LinkedIn's algorithm now weighs comments and dwell time far more heavily than likes




- Run LinkedIn outreach — personalized connection requests and InMails/DMs to build lead pipeline, using AI tools to draft and personalize messages at scale
- Track content performance using LinkedIn analytics (clicks, engagement rate, follower growth, comment quality) and adjust strategy based on what's actually working
- Stay current on LinkedIn's evolving algorithm and content trends, and bring fresh format ideas (video, carousels, polls) into the content calendar

Required Skills
- Robust written communication and storytelling ability — comfortable writing in a human, non-corporate voice
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform and how the feed/algorithm works
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude or similar) to assist with content ideation, drafting, and outreach personalization
- Basic content creation skills — Canva or similar for carousels/graphics; short-form video editing is a plus (CapCut, InShot)
- Self-starter, comfortable working indep
