CRO Creative Strategist – Website & Behavioral Testing I Remote (US Hours)

Are you a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategist who thinks in consumer psychology rather than just button colors?
We build and optimize high-converting websites for US home service brands (Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, Restoration, and more). We are looking for a
CRO Creative Strategist
to build a systematic visual testing engine.

The Role:

Your main mission:
Determine why a specific visual concept converts, test psychological angles, and build a repeatable matrix that scales across industries, demographics, and buyer intent.

Note:
This is a
website CRO strategy role
, not a paid social ads manager or graphic design position. We need a strategist who understands behavioral triggers and can design conversion experiments.

What You Will Do:
- Build Creative Angle Matrices:
Map visual strategies (e.g.,
*Authority & Trust*
vs.
*Urgency & Fear*
vs.
*Value & Accessibility*
) across different local home service verticals.
- Define A/B Testing Frameworks:




Develop hypothesis-driven visual and copy testing roadmaps tailored to customer income levels, geography, and buyer intent.
- Conceptualize AI-Generated Visuals:
Create detailed prompts and visual briefs for high-converting hero images, trust badges, and visual hooks (executed by our design team or AI workflows).
- Analyze & Systematize:
Track experiment data, isolate winning psychological triggers, and document findings into a scalable CRO playbook.

What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ Years in Website CRO / Experimentation:
Proven track record of running structured A/B and multivariate tests that lifted website conversion rates.
- Deep Mastery of Consumer Psychology:
Experience applying heuristics, friction reduction, behavioral triggers, and loss aversion to landing pages and websites.
- Systematic Mindset:
Ability to move beyond "one-off tests" and build repeatable frameworks for multi-location service businesses.
