Purpose of the Job
The incumbent is responsible for driving store-level revenue by managing high-value customer interactions, improving conversion
rates, and ensuring disciplined execution of the sales process. The role
focuses on consultative selling, handling complex customer requirements, and supporting junior team members to enhance
overall store performance. It plays a critical role in achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining
customer satisfaction, and ensuring accurate execution of commitments, thereby directly contributing to business growth and
customer retention.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Sales & Revenue Achievement
Achieve assigned monthly sales and upselling targets through effective customer engagement
Drive higher conversion rates, especially for premium and high-ticket customers
Support store-level revenue growth through proactive selling and follow-ups
2. Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
Interact with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
Handle complex customization, pricing discussions, and product queries




Ensure explicit and accurate communication of delivery timelines, product details, and commitments
3. CRM Pipeline & Lead Management
Maintain and track leads through CRM systems to ensure structured follow-ups
Monitor pipeline health and improve lead-to-conversion ratios
Ensure no loss of opportunity due to delayed or missed follow-ups
4. Team Support & Capability Building
Guide and support junior executives in improving customer handling and closing skills
Share best practices in selling, negotiation, and customer engagement
Contribute to a positive and performance-driven team environment
5. Store Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to pricing governance, billing accuracy, and SOPs
Support store management activities including customer query resolution and escalation handling
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
