Job Title: Integrated Engineering Planner

Job Purpose And Primary Objectives
Integrated Engineering Planning (IEP)

Create/Update of an integrated master plan for engineering deliverables and populate/ inputs from the working level plans on regular basis. Individual plans are provided by engineering leads / to collected from work floor.

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Individual position Develop and Maintain IEP: Create a detailed Integrated Engineering Plan covering scope, WBS, resource allocation, milestones, timelines, and risk management.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering leads (Industrial development, Engineering, Quality, Technology, Material planning, Operations, Supply chain, etc.) to collect and present key performance data.

Alignment with Final FAIR:



Ensure all engineering activities align with the final FAIR of the parts

Analyze FAIR, production and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Drive digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the engineering function.

It s in office position to gather and coordinate with the leads

The plans need to be linked to enable dynamic scenario assessments. The plan is to consider actions to delivery FAIR for each of the parts

Dashboard/Report Generation

Create and maintain digital visual management boards for production/FAIR status, delivery performance, and metrics

Develop, manage, and improve dashboards and KPI reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).

Extract & review data from various sources using Power Query and provide inferences

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across planning and manufacturing systems.
