Position: Jr. Coordinator - Sales

Job Description:

1) Order Forwarding : a) Order from sales person to production. b) Internal production follow up. c) Coordination on commercial and dispatch terms.

2) Proforma Invoice Sending (PI) : a) Follow up for payment terms.

3) Order followup : a) Need to keep track of process status.

4) Dispatch : Dispatch Mails to billing executives , sales person.

5) Stores Related : a) Stock transfer in SAP.

6) Order Booking : a) Order booking in SAP as per indent .

7) Handling SAP : a) adding recent parties

b) Monitoring of open orders and finding reasons for delay and rectify it.

8) Loadcells Related :a) Order forwarding to load cell department.

9) Accounts Related Work : a) Cheque deposit confirmation b) Monitoring pending COD list c) Payment confirmation

10) Repair related: a) Reporting to repairing team for repair related issues, Calling OEMs for repairing related documents & repairing material status.

Qualification : B.tech (EC/EX/EEE/EI)

Pay: ₹10,000.49 - ₹18,000.00 per month
