Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in a Hotel or Hospitality background. Candidates currently working at Senior Executive / Sr. Purchase level will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for the Casino.
- Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and quotations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure timely procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and rate comparisons.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Stores and respective departments.
- Ensure purchases are made at competitive prices while maintaining required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with approved suppliers.
- Verify invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and purchase documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Kitchen, F&B;, and other departments.




- Ensure procurement follows company policies, budgets, and approval procedures.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Hotel/Hospitality background preferred.
- Candidates with experience at Senior Purchase Executive / Senior-level positions will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and inventory requirements.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/inventory software.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
