- Project Architect in architectural design and project management, handling end to end design development process
- Thorough knowledge of building bye-laws (local i.e., CMDA, DTCP, Fire / National)
- In-depth understanding of AutoCAD and experienced with Sketchup, Photoshop, Revit, and ability to manage other 2D/3Ddesign software
- Successfully completed/ managed at least 1 project from start to finish (Over 1 lakh Sqft) including Pre-construction and Post-construction approvals
- Experienced in designing outdoor spaces such as Lake Beautification projects, outdoor play areas, outdoor stadiums etc.,
- Possesses good experience in designing retail and commercial spaces; specifically experience in designing malls, retail outlets, and office spaces.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative thinker with a robust understanding of design trends in real estate/property development
- Handling Business development activities such as co-ordinating with clients, preparing marketing presentations, etc.,
- Fair knowledge in Land Legal/ Land acquisition process.





Design/Architectural Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Coordinate with architect and other consultants.
- Analyse building/ property codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents for enabling business/ development activities.
- Draw rough and detailed scale plans along with team for properties based on preliminary concepts through drawings and specifications.
- Review, design architectural, engineering plans and ensuring all plans comply with government norms.
- Liaise with clients (Retailers, office tenants etc.,) to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project design requirements are met.
