Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, acquire customers, and build strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new customer leads through various channels.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
- Promote company products/services and clearly explain their benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily activity, lead, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer service.




- Ensure regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or field sales.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a good sales aptitude may also be considered.
