Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Qualification: MBBS
Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily rounds of all admitted patients, including ICU and ward patients. Examine patients, assess their clinical status, and document findings in the progress notes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each patient's diagnosis, treatment plan, investigations, and clinical progress.
- Accompany consultants during rounds, accurately document their orders and instructions, and ensure timely implementation.
- Assist consultants with day-care procedures and bedside procedures as required.
- Ensure that all patient documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained as per NABH standards, including treatment sheets, admission forms, discharge summaries, consent forms, progress notes, and other medical records.




- Act as the first point of contact for patient-related clinical issues and escalate appropriately to the concerned consultant.
- Monitor patients and promptly identify and report any clinical deterioration or emergency situation.
- Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, discipline, and a well-groomed appearance at all times.

Candidate Profile
- MBBS with valid medical registration.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Valuable clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred/required.
