Role Overview

Prasoft IT Services is looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Branch Manager to establish and grow our operations in a current location. The selected candidate will be responsible for building the branch from the ground up, recruiting and managing the local team, developing the market, acquiring customers, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the new branch, including team structure, operational processes and market strategy.
- Recruit, train and lead Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Develop an annual branch business plan with revenue, pipeline, customer-acquisition and profitability targets.




- Identify new business opportunities across IT software, CAD, creative solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, backup and infrastructure solutions.
- Build relationships with enterprise, commercial, government and education customers.
- Develop strong engagement with OEMs, distributors, channel partners and local business networks.
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and solution discussions to commercial negotiation and closure.
- Drive new customer acquisition while expanding business within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular reviews of leads, pipeline, forecasts, collections and individual team performance.
- Work closely with the central marketing, technical, finance and management teams.
- Ensure timely order processing, customer onboarding, renewals, payment collection and post-sales support.
