Job Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. This role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Handle employee exits, documentation, and full & final processes

HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Support HR audits and reporting

Employee Engagement & Relations




- Organize employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support performance management and appraisal processes

Compliance & Policy Support
- Prepare, maintain, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with organizational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Discord
- Knowledge of basic labor laws
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
