Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead and contribute to platform modernization initiatives at GCC India. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing creative solutions to transform our existing systems and infrastructure into modern, scalable, and efficient platforms.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex platform modernization projects, focusing on cloud-native solutions, microservices, and API-driven architectures.




* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and other engineering groups, to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, identify modernization opportunities, and propose strategic technical roadmaps.
* Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
* Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
