We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day site activities and get the work completed efficiently through the labour team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise labourers and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Have solid practical knowledge of civil/construction site work.
- Allocate daily tasks and targets to labourers and follow up on progress.
- Check work quality, measurements, finishing, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and other workers.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Execute work as per drawings, site instructions, and project requirements.
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
- Identify site issues and take practical steps to resolve them.
- Prepare and report daily work progress and pending activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
