Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and dental procedures.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and materials before and after treatment.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and sterilization protocols.
- Welcome patients, help them feel at ease, and provide explicit pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical documentation as needed.
- Support appointment coordination, patient flow, and front-desk duties when required.
- Monitor and replenish dental supplies and materials.
- Follow clinic policies, safety standards, and professional confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Dental Nursing or a related allied dental field.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented clinical environment.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in assisting with general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, or surgery.
- Familiarity with dental software and digital record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Basic reception and appointment management skills.

Working Conditions
- Full-time / Part time position in a dental clinic setting.
- Requires standing for extended periods and active chairside assistance.
- May involve shift duties, including evenings or weekends depending on clinic needs.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
