Job Title: FME Expert - Utility Network Model (UNM) Migration

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FME Expert with strong expertise in Esri Utility Network Model (UNM) Migration, GIS data transformation, data quality management, and ETL development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex data migration workflows using Safe Software FME to support the migration of legacy utility network datasets into the Esri Utility Network workplace.

The candidate should possess deep knowledge of GIS data structures, utility domain data models, network connectivity, topology rules, and large-scale enterprise migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

Utility Network Migration
- Design and implement end-to-end migration workflows for Utility Network implementations.
- Perform migration of legacy geometric network and custom utility datasets into Esri Utility Network.




- Analyze source data models and map them to Utility Network target schemas.
- Configure and execute data transformation, validation, and loading processes.
- Support Utility Network deployment and migration activities across Electric, Gas, Water, Wastewater, and Telecom domains.
- Ensure network connectivity, associations, and topology rules are correctly migrated.

FME Development
- Develop and maintain advanced ETL workflows using Safe Software FME Desktop and FME Server.
- Design reusable FME workspaces to automate data conversion and migration activities.
- Build custom transformers and workflows to support complex business requirements.
- Optimize FME processes for performance and scalability.
- Develop automated quality control and validation workflows.

GIS Data Management
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment.
- Validate asset data, connectivity, attribution,
