Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily HPDC production as per production targets and delivery schedules.

Handle die changeover activities and ensure minimum machine downtime.

Plan and monitor die maintenance, including preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination.

Monitor machine capacity, utilization, cycle time and production efficiency.

Calculate and improve productivity, OEE and machine utilization.

Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly production reports.

Monitor production losses, rejection, downtime and process abnormalities.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC and other departments to achieve production targets.

Ensure proper machine setup, process parameters and smooth production operations.

Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for improving productivity.

Maintain production records, die-change records and machine performance reports.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and production standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
