Role Summary:





We are seeking a systems-minded, collaborative, and hands-on
Lead Builder, AI Studio (Low Code/No Code)
to join our AI Center of Excellence. This role is a direct report to the Senior Manager of the AI CoE.

This is
not
a traditional software engineering or coding role. Instead, we are looking for a
systems thinker and business analyst
who builds. You will design, configure, and scale intelligent agents, custom copilots, and multi-step workflows using enterprise low-code/no-code platforms, primarily
Microsoft Copilot Studio
and agentic building capabilities in
Gemini Enterprise
.

In this role, you will look at business problems through a "systems thinking" lens—understanding that an agent is not just a standalone tool, but part of a larger business process and ecosystem. You will translate ambiguous business requirements into highly structured, reliable agent behaviors.
