Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Gurugram – Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday , Saturday (WFH), Sunday(Off)
We are currently looking for
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing or Technical Support.
- Freshers may also be considered if they have a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid customer-handling skills with a calm, empathetic and customer-first approach.
- Ability to understand customer issues, identify the key problem and communicate it clearly to the technical/supportteam.
- Experience with CRM, helpdesk or ticketing tools will be preferred.
- Candidates with exposure to technical support, networking or cybersecurity will be an added advantage.




- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable handling emails and maintaining proper documentation/call logs.
- Good listening, multitasking, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable with Work from Office in Gurugram and the Monday–Saturday work schedule, also sometime they may asked to meet clients in person at there workplaces.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, punctuality and willingness to work in a customer-facing support environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
