About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Specialist with 8+ years of experience in IT services pre-sales, solution consulting, and technical business development.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Web & Mobile Application Development, AI/ML solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation. This role requires someone who can understand complex client requirements, translate business challenges into technology solutions, create compelling proposals, and work closely with sales and technology teams to win deals.

The candidate should be equally comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, business teams, and technical decision-makers and should be able to lead the complete pre-sales lifecycle from discovery to proposal, presentation, solutioning, and deal closure support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Requirement Understanding
- Participate in client discovery calls, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Understand client business objectives, pain points, technical requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, Automation, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Convert business requirements into clear technical and functional solution requirements.
- Ask the right questions to identify scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and potential solution approaches.

2. Solution Consulting & Architecture
- Design high-level solutions aligned with client business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, technology stacks, integrations, APIs, security considerations, and deployment models.
