About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Intern to support our sales team in identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential leads. The role will involve understanding prospects' requirements, initiating conversations, assessing their fit, and ensuring qualified leads are effectively passed on to the sales team.

This is a positive opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience in pre-sales, lead qualification, business development, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify incoming and existing leads based on defined criteria.
- Connect with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand the prospect's requirements, background, and interest in the program/product.
- Ask relevant questions to identify genuine and qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM/lead tracker.




- Follow up with leads at the appropriate stages.
- Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
- Schedule calls or meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Keep track of lead status, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Support the team in improving lead qualification and conversion processes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on lead progress.

- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to understand and identify customer requirements.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.

- Ability to handle follow-ups consistently and maintain lead records.
