Job Title: HR Manager

Position Overview

N2S is looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager who can serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees. This role will be responsible for managing core HR functions, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and supporting organizational growth through effective people practices.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in Indian employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding,



employee lifecycle management, and offboarding processes.
- Support performance management, career development, and talent management programs.
- Advise leadership on HR policies, best practices, and workforce planning.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to support business decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance requirements, and POSH regulations.
- Proven experience managing employee relations and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
