Profile: Project Coordinator/Manager
Experience: 1-5 years

At LDT Technology, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Project Coordinator who can keep projects moving, teams aligned, and clients happy.

If you enjoy solving challenges, coordinating with developers, communicating with clients, and turning plans into successful deliveries, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage IT projects from planning to delivery.
Work closely with developers, QA teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.




Conduct daily/weekly project status meetings and share progress updates.
Track project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues.
Manage project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients for requirements gathering, updates, and feedback.
Maintain clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
