Marketplace Manager – E-commerce & Quick CommerceAbout the Role

We are looking for a
Marketplace Manager
to take ownership of our e-commerce and quick-commerce business across platforms such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant marketplaces
.

This role will be responsible for driving
online sales, marketplace growth, product visibility, catalog management, promotions, inventory coordination and performance analytics
. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, data-driven and capable of independently managing marketplace operations from end to end.

- Consistent month-on-month growth in marketplace sales and revenue
- Improved product rankings, visibility and conversion rates
- Effective management and optimization of marketplace ads and promotions
- Accurate product listings, pricing, inventory and content across platforms
- Reduced stock-outs and better inventory planning
- Regular tracking of sales, ROAS, margins, returns and marketplace performance




- Identifying current opportunities to increase sales through offers, campaigns and platform-specific strategies
- Taking ownership of marketplace targets and delivering measurable results

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across
e-commerce & quick-commerce marketplaces
- Create, optimize and maintain product listings, images, titles, descriptions, keywords and A+ content
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and optimize
ROAS/CAC
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor inventory, pricing, orders, returns, cancellations and product availability
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock, dispatch, packaging and product requirements
- Analyze marketplace dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Track competitors, pricing, promotions and marketplace trends
- Work towards improving product ratings, reviews, rankings and conversion
- Identify new marketplaces and growth opport
