About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Database Management Specialist with an interest in the US Healthcare industry. The candidate should have basic knowledge of healthcare designations and be comfortable working with databases and large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update healthcare candidate databases.
- Review and categorize profiles based on designation, specialty, experience, and location.
- Understand common US healthcare roles such as RN, LPN, LVN, CNA, NP, PA, PT, OT, SLP, MD, DO, etc.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records.
- Support recruiters with relevant candidate information.
- Perform database searches, data validation, and regular audits.
- Maintain accurate candidate status, availability, and contact details.




- Use MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment databases/ATS.
- Research unfamiliar healthcare roles and designations when required.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare designations and job roles.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn healthcare terminology quickly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Healthcare-related education or internship experience is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong interest in US Healthcare are encouraged to apply.
