Project Manager – Waste Management Projects | Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: HASPER Group is a growing environmental solutions company delivering integrated solid waste management, FSTP and STP, industrial waste management, recycling and resource-recovery solutions, with a solid commitment to creating cleaner and more sustainable communities. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and results-driven Project Manager to lead waste management projects across Andhra Pradesh.

The role involves end-to-end project execution, including project planning and mobilization, manpower and fleet deployment, municipal and client coordination, daily operations, budgeting and cost control, statutory and environmental compliance, health and safety, vendor management, MIS reporting and achievement of service-level and project targets.

Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Engineering,



Environmental Science, Operations or a related discipline, with relevant experience in municipal solid waste management, waste collection and transportation, processing facilities, sanitation, wastewater treatment, infrastructure or similar large-scale projects.

Strong leadership, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Telugu and English and willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh, are essential.
