Job Overview
Neomaxer is looking for an energetic and results-driven Internal Sales Executive with prior experience in the travel and tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer travel requirements, preparing suitable travel packages, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international travel, strong communication skills, and experience selling hotels, holiday packages, flights, transportation, or other travel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, travel dates, budget, hotel preferences, and transportation needs.
- Prepare and share customized domestic and international travel packages and quotations.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Recommend suitable hotels, flights, cabs, sightseeing, activities, and travel experiences based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, DMCs, and other travel partners when required.
- Negotiate with customers and vendors to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining healthy margins.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services wherever relevant.
- Provide qualified pre-booking and post-booking support to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
