1. Timely Patient Onboarding
- Reach the patient location on time as per booked slot.
- Ensure first slot of the day starts on time without delay.
- Maintain punctuality and plan routes efficiently.

2. Device Setup & Demonstration
- Correctly apply the VigoHeart patch and ensure good skin contact.
- Pair the device with the patient’s phone/app if needed.
- Demonstrate usage to the patient (what to do, what to avoid).

3. Patient Education & Engagement
- Explain the purpose and benefits of monitoring.
- Instruct on care: charging, bathing precautions, and reporting issues.
- Ensure patient is comfortable and confident before leaving.

4. Data Quality & Monitoring Initiation
- Verify that ECG data is transmitting properly before leaving.
- Ensure the monitoring session is started on the app/platform.
- Report any technical issues immediately to the support team.

5. Documentation & Reporting




- Update the status on Field officer's portal immediately after onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of time, location, and patient ID.
- Upload signed consent forms (if applicable).

6. Customer Experience
- Be polite, qualified, and well-groomed and in uniform during visits.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve basic queries on the spot.
- Escalate any dissatisfaction or complaints to the manager immediately.

7. Compliance & Safety
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols during patient interaction.
- Handle devices carefully to prevent damage/loss.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
