SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE – FRESHERPosition Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic and performance-driven Social Media Executive (Fresher) to manage multiple personal and professional social media accounts, build a strong digital presence, generate business leads, and coordinate social media marketing campaigns across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp and other digital platforms, with a robust interest in content creation, Canva, SEO and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage and synchronize multiple personal and professional social media accounts.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Publish a minimum of 2 posts per day per active account.
- Maintain a structured content calendar with 150+ quality posts per annum per account.
- Schedule posts, reels, stories and other content consistently.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages and audience activity.

Lead Generation




- Convert social media reach and engagement into qualified business leads.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for lead generation.
- Promote multiple business verticals, projects, products and campaigns.
- Track leads generated through each social media platform and campaign.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multiple social media campaigns simultaneously.
- Support campaigns for different real estate projects, services and business verticals.
- Run promotional, awareness, lead-generation and engagement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize content based on results.

Google & Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns and lead-generation campaigns.
- Support SEO activities, keyword research, on-page optimization and content optimization.
- Improve website and social media visibility through organic and paid strategies.
