Job Summary

Kosher is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented RSM Retail Trade to drive retail sales. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching Kosher’s premium hygiene and tissue products, closing high-value deals, and nurturing long-term corporate relationships.
The ideal candidate must have strong Retail selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and prior exposure to FMCG or hygiene product categories. Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through field-based retail selling across key market segments
- Identify, target, and convert large retail customers through direct selling.
- Plan and conduct structured sales calls, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations using professional tools.
- Handle negotiations and deal closures with support from internal experts.




- Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing support team for lead generation, enquiry management, and sales funnel growth.
- Execute tasks with discipline, ownership, and solid follow-through to meet performance metrics.
- Strengthen and maintain long-term business relationships with key institutional clients.
