What will you be responsible for?
- Drive
new client acquisition
in the IT staffing space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
IT clients and decision-makers
.
- Identify and gather
new IT staffing requirements
from clients.
- Drive
client empanelment and vendor onboarding
with organizations.
- Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Understand client hiring needs and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful closures.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.





What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience
in Business Development, preferably in
IT Staffing / Recruitment / Talent Solutions
.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing ecosystem and client acquisition process.
- Existing relationships with
IT companies, GCCs, enterprises, or technology organizations
will be a solid advantage.
- Candidates with a
strong and active client portfolio
are especially encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently develop new business opportunities.
