Position Description

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Duty In Charge is responsible for production delivery of their section. This includes managing safety, workload and compliance, OTP or ETS delivery and timely resolution or escalation of issues as they arise.
What You'll Do
- Maintain Safety as Number 1 priority.
- Assist Engineers/Mechanic in his team with technical enquiries and elevate to when required.




- Act as the role of ADD coordinator in LMCG to ensure ADD compliance with requirements.
- Immediate reporting of any and all incidents that occur during their shift including LTIs, a/c incidents and others as instructed by management.
- Manage safety and compliance of production teams under his control.
- Allocation of correct resources for operation.
- Maintain awareness of aircraft under his section control.
- Maximize the utilization of his Production teams.
- Ensure a transparent and unambiguous handover between shifts.
- Participate in both safety and efficiency projects.
- Development of staff in his team.
What You'll Need

1. Job Requirements and Competencies
- Maintenance Experience on Freighter aircraft (B744, B748, B777, A330 and/or B767). Issue CRS on aircraft defect and transit handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure High quality customer service.
