We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Soudarshini Valve Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop/implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality management.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
