The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising civil construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure works at company outlets and project locations. The role includes managing contractors and workers, monitoring work quality and progress, ensuring proper material usage, and completing projects within the approved timeline and budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
- Supervise daily civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor work at outlets, offices, and new project locations.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Coordinate civil works with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interiors, and other teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion.





Contractor & Workforce Management
- Coordinate with contractors, masons, electricians, plumbers, fabricators, and other workers.
- Allocate daily work and monitor workforce productivity.
- Verify contractor work before recommending completion/payment.
- Ensure contractors follow company standards and safety requirements.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience

TA provide

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
