Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Experience: Internship (BCA, M.Sc, B.Sc)

What You'll Do:

a) Understand application features, workflows, and business use cases.
b) Explore and validate applications from an end-user perspective.
c) Test workflows, scenarios, integrations, and edge cases.
d) Identify, reproduce, and document bugs and unexpected application behaviour.
e) Assist in troubleshooting issues and validating fixes.
f) Create user guides, FAQs, process documents, and other technical/functional documentation.
g) Research technical topics and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc., for analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
h) Demonstrate application functionality to internal teams and clients whenever required.
