Role Description
The US IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles supporting clients in the United States. This full-time remote role involves sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through job boards, social media, skilled networks, and direct outreach. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, negotiating offers,



and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and deliver timely hiring outcomes aligned with business needs. The role also requires maintaining accurate recruitment data, staying updated on US IT job market trends, and adhering to applicable employment and compliance standards.
