Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of machinery and overall shop-floor activities.
Plan daily production, including raw materials, manpower, and machine requirements.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Identify current and potential product shortages and implement recovery plans.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production.
Maintain production records and update relevant data in SAP.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, preferably in the engineering or automotive industry.
Positive knowledge of production systems and shop-floor management.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
