You will work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Teams, Clients, and Cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and with high quality.Candidates with prior experience in Enterprise SaaS organizations or managing SaaS implementation projects will be preferred. While ServiceNow exposure is an advantage, it is not mandatory. A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Sprint execution, and stakeholder coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end activities for ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- Support Project Managers in planning project schedules, tracking milestones, and monitoring deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, architects, QA teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
