Role & responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure work is executed as per approved structural/architectural drawings and project timelines.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce quality control standards for materials and concrete pours, conduct site testing, and maintain strict adherence to on-site safety protocols.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Direct and manage sub-contractors, site supervisors, and labor crews to optimize site productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Material & Quantity Surveying: Calculate required raw materials (steel, cement, aggregates), generate daily/monthly consumption reports, and prevent material wastage.
- Billing & Progress Reporting: Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, track project milestones, and submit daily progress reports (DPRs) to project managers and clients.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.E.



/ B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 26 years of hands-on experience in civil site execution and supervision (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
- Technical Skills: Solid ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and familiarity with surveying tools (Total Station/Auto Level).
- Core Competencies: Solid understanding of quality standards, concrete mix ratios, structural testing procedures, and safety norms.
- Soft Skills & Management: Excellent labor management capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication to coordinate with contractors and project managers.
