Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage collection activities to achieve targets, including outstanding debt recovery.
- Identify and resolve customer queries related to collections.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations during debt recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for improving collection efficiency and reducing delinquencies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of experience in Credit Collection, Debt Recovery, or Collection Management.
- Solid knowledge of Collections, Credit Collection, Debt Recovery, and Collection Management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
