Job Summary

We are looking for an to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliations, and ERP systems, along with the ability to work independently and ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end/year-end closing.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank/vendor/customer reconciliations.

Responsible for GST compliance, including preparation and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns), TDS calculation and return filing, and ensuring adherence to statutory tax regulations.

Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and maintain audit documentation.

Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payment schedules.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations,



and supporting documentation, while ensuring timely closure of audit observations.

Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, and other statutory dues, and maintain proper records for compliance and audit purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Audit.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. Job Description • Account Executive
