Role & responsibilities -
- Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of centralized lubrication and

mechatronic systems at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-related

issues.
- Provide on-site technical support and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper functioning of lubrication systems and related components (pumps,

valves, sensors, controllers, piping).
- Prepare and submit service reports, visit reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Sales, Application, Production) for issue

resolution and spares requirement.
- Support customers with operational guidance and basic training on system usage

and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and company procedures during site visits.




- Willingness to travel extensively on PAN India basis as per service requirements.

Preferred candidate profile -

Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of mechatronics systems (mechanical, electrical, sensors, PLC basics preferred).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work at customer sites and under field conditions.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, service documentation).

Experience Requirement
- 1+ years of field service experience in industrial equipment, automation, lubrication systems, or related domains.
- Freshers with solid technical aptitude may also be considered
