Role & responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization & Control
- Monitor and control kiln, raw mill, cement mill, and associated process parameters.
- Ensure stable kiln operation with optimum fuel consumption and clinker quality.
- Analyze process data and recommend improvements for efficiency enhancement.
- Coordinate with CCR (Central Control Room) for smooth plant operations.

2. Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily and monthly production plans in line with targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity and resources.
- Monitor output, productivity, and ensure adherence to production schedules.

3. Quality Assurance
- Ensure consistent clinker and cement quality as per standards.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team for sampling and testing.
- Implement corrective actions in case of deviations.

4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.




- Ensure minimal downtime through proactive planning.
- Support shutdown planning and execution.

5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Promote a robust safety culture across operations.
- Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

6. Team Management
- Supervise shift engineers, operators, and technicians.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Ensure discipline, motivation, and performance management.

7. Cost Control & Efficiency
- Monitor and control specific power and heat consumption.
- Optimize usage of raw materials, fuels, and additives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates with 8 years experience in cement industry in the process and production department
