Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Advisor role based in the Mohali district. The Insurance Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, assess risk profiles,



and recommend suitable insurance products and related financial solutions. In this role, the Advisor will conduct consultations, explain policy features and advantages, assist clients with documentation and applications, and ensure accurate and timely processing of policies and renewals. The Advisor will handle client queries, provide ongoing policy servicing, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily activities also include maintaining updated records in CRM tools, staying informed about industry regulations and product changes, and contributing to sales targets and business growth through ethical, client-first advisory practices.
Qualifications
