Requirements

8–10 years of SAP HCM experience with strong expertise in AU Payroll and knowledge of NZ Payroll.
Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation experiences.
Mandatory experience in AU and NZ Payroll.
Mandatory experience with Positive and Negative Time Management.
Strong knowledge of AU Payroll and integrations.
Valuable understanding of standard SAP business practices and HCM business processes.
Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and payroll processes.
Experience with data migration and third-party vendor interfaces.




Knowledge of SAP Reporting and Ad Hoc Query.
Experience writing functional specifications.
Experience preparing test scenarios and test scripts.
Ability to evaluate feasible solutions, recommend best practices, and communicate advantages and disadvantages.
Act as a liaison between business customers and technical teams.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to translate business rules into technical requirements.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global environment.
