About the role
We are looking for a Senior Presentation Designer to join us in Bengaluru. In
this role, you will create clear, polished and business-ready presentation
materials for senior stakeholders, client-facing teams and internal audiences,
with a strong focus on PowerPoint deck creation, visual storytelling and
executive communication.

You will work across EquiLend’s product suite and business lines, including
Trading, Post-Trade, Data & Analytics, RegTech and Platform Solutions, to help
turn complex information into clear, accurate and visually effective materials.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take loose briefs,
incomplete content and detailed business information, then shape it into
structured, professional presentations that support decision-making and
communication across global teams.

What you’ll do

* Design and refine PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders, board
materials, client-facing decks, internal communications and business
updates.
* Turn loose briefs, partially formed content and stakeholder input into clear,




story-led presentation materials.
* Build robust visual narratives by organising content, improving flow,
clarifying messages and highlighting key data points.
* Use layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, pacing and information design to
make complex business content easier to understand.
* Create reusable PowerPoint templates, slide systems and presentation assets
that support consistency across teams and markets.
* Apply EquiLend brand guidelines accurately while adapting materials for the
audience, purpose and level of seniority.
* Review presentation materials carefully for visual quality, formatting,
alignment, consistency and obvious errors before delivery.
* Partner with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product and Communications
to clarify requirements and improve the quality of presentation outputs.
* Support selected digital and print design work where needed, including
corporate materials, product
