Job Description

The Sourcing Manager – Operations and Inventory is responsible for leading and optimizing procurement activities across the organization, with a primary focus on operations and inventory replenishment. This role ensures the timely acquisition of materials and services that meet quality, cost, and compliance standards while aligning with financial planning and operational goals.

The position requires a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused leader who can develop procurement strategies, maintain robust supplier relationships, negotiate enterprise-level contracts, and drive operational efficiencies that support the company’s growth and long-term objectives.

Essential Job Functions

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational and financial goals.
Lead procurement activities contained within the inventory replenishment model.
Lead and mentor the procurement team; manage all personnel management activities, from recruitment and promotion to coaching, discipline, and termination,



while fostering a compliant and supportive work environment
Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships while managing vendor qualification, performance, and compliance.
Coordinate with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of capital expenditures and adherence to budget guidelines.
Analyze spending patterns and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to monitor KPIs, track budgets, and report on procurement performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate material and service needs, manage inventory, and optimize the supply chain.
Implement systems and best practices for procurement, vendor management, and contract oversight.
Facilitate auditing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
