Role Description The Owner role at SICASA Hyderabad is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the student chapter. Each day involves coordinating with committee members, planning and reviewing educational and cultural initiatives, and ensuring that activities align with the needs of CA students. The role includes supervising event design and execution, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining clear communication with volunteers, faculty, and professional partners. The Owner also monitors performance metrics, manages budgets, and ensures that all programs uphold the chapter’s values of inclusion, collaboration, and professional development. Regular responsibilities include decision-making on recent initiatives, guiding team members, and representing SICASA Hyderabad in internal and external forums.

with the ability to guide diverse committees and volunteers.
Experience in strategic planning, project management, and organizing educational or professional events.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills to engage students, professionals, and partners.
Proven ability in budgeting, resource allocation, and basic organizational governance.
Background or strong interest in the CA profession, student development, or educational initiatives.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines consistently.
Comfort with digital collaboration tools, virtual event platforms, and basic documentation/reporting practices.
